4 stars to (do not know name), but handling was poor. He didn't bother reading the service order and acted like a robot. There was specifically mentioned about the loner car etc but he would act as if he didn't read it. I was not offered to wash the car not anything. When I purchased my "Nautilus reserve", the service was just top class. I upgraded my car with every single upgrade possible. And also purchased their 5 years service package.
On my last service. after service was completed, went to pickup my vehicle, this person gave me the keys and mentioned that its outside. I couldn't find the car in entire parking lot, and came back, he was not at his desk, but other gentlemen offered his help, went around and found my car way at the back of the service area. I would give him a full 5 stars.
Sales, I wouldn't give any star. I went there to upgrade my Lincoln Nautilus to either Aviator or a Navigator. He took my information and asked me that he will contact me back, he never did. Worst sales person ever. He should be fired immediately.
I have no other choice but go to this location for my service needs until warranty is out. But for sure would not go here to buy my new Aviator or Navigator.

The service team at Milton Lincoln Ford maintains the highest standards of customer service. They keep in touch through the process. The loaner Lincoln provided was brand new. The car exchanged was efficient and punctual. The Service Representative, Ms Betio, is knowlegeable and to customer service. A Fantastic worry free experience.
